Ubisoft says Assassin’s Creed Shadows will release on ‘other machines’ following Switch 2 listing

Ubisoft head Yves Guillemot has informed investors that the well-received Assassin’s Creed Shadows will launch on “other machines.” This follows the PEGI rating for a Nintendo Switch 2 version of Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Guillemot was also asked what’s next for Ubisoft’s plans for the Nintendo Switch 2 after the release of Star Wars Outlaws. He wouldn’t be drawn to comment on this at present. However, there were rumours from a Ubisoft insider that they are planning to bring Assassin’s Creed Mirage to the platform too.

    1. They’re not entirely wrong. It was received well by video game critics. Of course, if you think the opinions of video game critics aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on, then…

  1. I love playing various games across every platform, so hearing Assassin’s Creed Shadows might come to Switch 2 is exciting news for my daily train commute. I usually grab an hour during my lunch break at the park near my office. Last week I was looking up BetMGM reviews for my brother’s fantasy football pool, but gaming is my real escape. Hope the Switch 2 port runs smoothly and doesn’t end up like some of Ubisoft’s previous handheld attempts!
