Square Enix announced during the Japanese Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase that Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D on the Nintendo Switch has now been updated for the Nintendo Switch 2. While we don’t have the full patch notes this should bump up the resolution and improve the game’s framerate. The update is available now and you can manually download it by pressing the + button on the game tile and select check for update.
