The Department of Homeland Security in the United States has recently published a video showing a number of ICE raids and they use splices of Pokemon imagery in the video. The video is captioned with the famous Pokemon catch phrase, “Gotta catch them all”. The ICE video was published online by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and is set to the official Pokemon theme tune. The Pokemon Company is probably not going to be very happy.

The vast majority of people getting deported are not guilty of any crimes other than their undocumented status itself. If you are saying they are all or mostly criminals beyond their documentation status (especially if you specifically are calling them rapists etc.), it’s because you feel the need to lie to yourself about why your are supporting these actions.
