New patent seemingly shows how Nintendo DS games could work on Switch

Nintendo often registers patents for a number of experimental ideas and projects and one of these seemingly depicts how Nintendo DS games could work on both the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2. The patent shows three different display options to choose from 1. Dual Screen (Parent screen, child screen) 2. Single Screen Mode (Picture in Picture) 3. Switch Mode ( Switch Between Screens) You can check out the patent images down below. Nintendo has not announced Nintendo DS games on the Nintendo Classics range,

    1. You always patent your very specific newest shit, if you maybe intent to do something with it in the future.
You just don’t hear about it most of the time.

  1. That’s an interesting development from Nintendo — the idea of bringing DS games to the Switch through multiple screen modes sounds exciting for longtime fans. It’s great to see how older titles might get a fresh life on newer devices. I’ve always loved games with creative storytelling and interactive gameplay, similar to what you find in story-based titles like Summertime Saga APK, which shows how engaging handheld-style gaming experiences can be even today. Really curious to see how Nintendo implements this feature in the future!
