Monolith Soft celebrates Xenoblade Chronicles 2 anniversary

It is hard to believe but the acclaimed Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was released way back in 2017 and to celebrate the game’s anniversary Monolith Soft has produced some new art work to celebrate the occasion. The artwork showcases the many colourful characters you come across in the sprawling JRPG with Rex at the centre with the Aegis Sword. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is available on the Nintendo Switch.

  1. Can’t post this news without us asking “Switch 2 update when?” :) Then I would be interested to finally play Xenoblade.

  2. Please celebrate with a Switch 2 Edition. I wanna get back to playing it, but it looks and feels so rough on the Switch 2 right now

  3. Hard to believe it’s been this many years already—Xenoblade Chronicles 2 still feels as magical and ambitious as it did at launch. The new anniversary artwork is gorgeous, and it really captures the heart of the game and its characters. It’s great to see Monolith Soft continue to celebrate the world they created, and it reminds me how unforgettable Rex, the Blades, and the journey through Alrest truly were. Such a fitting tribute for an incredible JRPG.
