Sony’s recent deal with Netflix will mean that the popular streaming company will eventually get The Legend of Zelda movie in the United States after its theatrical release and video on demand release. Engadget points out the Netflix has a similar deal with Universal Studios which brought The Super Mario Bros Movie to Netflix after its theatrical release and video on demand release. The Legend of Zelda movie is scheduled to arrive in cinemas in May 2027.
