WWE 2K26 will be Game-Key Card rather than code in a box

2K Games has revealed that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of WWE 2K26 will be a Game-Key Card rather than the traditional code in the box release. This is good news for those of you who trade in your games as at least it will have some monetary value if you decide to sell at a later date. WWE 2K26 is scheduled to launch on a number of formats on 13th March.

  1. Who cares. They better fix the bug crashes that were in 2k25. I made 10 create a character and now we can’t even play the game. No patches, nothing to fix this. They won’t get my money again.

  2. I’ve been playing WWE games since Smackdown vs Raw 2009,, when thq/yukes made the games and 2k isn’t any better about fixing bugs and glitches. They will most likely shutdown the servers for 2k25 once the new installment releases as a way of forcing players to purchase the new game, at this point they most likely won’t patch 2k25 anymore. No matter how much you like wrestling think twice before buying the games.

  3. That’s not a good thing, we don’t want key cards we don’t want our shit being taken away and it been bent to a license.
