LEGO announces new Mario minifigure

To celebrate the news that new Super Mario-themed LEGO sets are coming in 2027 The LEGO Group and Nintendo have finally unveiled a LEGO Mario minifigure which has taken a whopping seven years to appear. Mario will be accompanied with new LEGO play sets which Kotaku doesn’t believe will be connected to the impressive electronic Mario playsets of the last few years. Let’s just hope we eventually get more Mario characters, which are actual minifigures, which is what a large number of the player base wanted from the get go. You can check out the new LEGO Mario mini figure in the X video down below.

  1. Waaaaaaaaay better with whatever the hell the old Mario thing was, I don’t like the shoes though, think they should have just gone full blue for the legs

  2. Minifigures are definitely one of the most overrated things – the way I’ve seen people obsessing over them on these Nintendo sets significantly more than the actual sets themselves that are the thing you actually build has been fascinating to me. This to me is like the least hype reveal in history but it makes sense from Nintendo’s perspective.

    1. Lego Reviews:
Look at the minifigures!! There’s so many!!
(Throws the actual lego set away)
Now this is where the value comes from!
