Tunic to get Nintendo Switch 2 update soon

To celebrate the fact that the acclaimed indie game Tunic is four years old today, the game’s creator has stated on X that a Nintendo Switch 2 update is on the way. It is not clear when it will arrive, but it’s currently in development. He says that the team is “working hard on it” and says for fans to “stay tuned.”

  1. A once in a lifetime game experience. One of the best and most fulfilling experiences I’ve had with a game before. Please play it blind

  2. This is a game was a rollercoaster for me. As I played it, I went from liking it to disliking it to liking it again to ultimately hating it.
I do not recommend this game if you are a completionist and hate super-obtuse puzzles. And, for reference, I liked Animal Well’s puzzles a lot so if you dislike anything beyond that level, don’t go for it.

If you just want to play a game and don’t care about finding every secret in a game, then you might like it. It starts good, gets cumbersome, but then gets better with some mobility powerups.
