Retail leaker Billbil-kun strikes again as he has detailed the physical edition of the immensely popular Hollow Knight: Silksong. The physical edition will arrive 16th October and the Nintendo Switch 2 edition will include the full game on the cartridge. The physical release is being handled by the team at Fangamer and will cost $45. Billbil-kun says he has only heard about the US release, but presumes it will also come to Europe.
Each physical edition will include the following:
- The game cartridge or disc
- A 32-page manual
- A fold-out map of Pharloom
That’s not all as a re-release of the well-received Hollow Knight will be available from 16th October. The Nintendo Switch 2 version will cost $40.
Each physical edition will include the following:
- The game cartridge or disc
- A 28-page manual
- A fold-out map of Hollownest

I’ve been waiting. I really enjoyed playing the first game with the Switch 2 upgrade.
Pretty much expected, but still very cool. It seems indie games will for the most part be on-cart (at least that’s the vibe I’m getting)
I think something like Deltarune will as well once it’s eventually complete.
It is very cool both are getting this treatment. Fangamer is pretty good in general. I wonder if these will be Nintendo Switch 2 Editions that work on Switch 1 and Switch 2. That’d be pretty cool
I will buy this game again. This became one of my top 5 games of all time alongside earthbound and mother 3. Heck, I am on my third play through so that I can 100% everything. I am impatient for sea of sorrow, I need it now!
