Many of you will have been enjoying your time with the fast and frantic Splatoon Raiders on the Nintendo Switch 2 and it seems you are not alone. Today, it’s been revealed that the games average user score is currently sitting at 93 making it one of the top-10 highest user rated games on review aggregation site, Metacritic. We gave the colourful title a very solid 9/10 when we recently reviewed it.

This is probably the most addicting game I have played on the switch 2. As someone who is a giant fan of rogue-likes, I really appreciate how they took the deep customization from those games and combined it with the ideas of salmon run and side order. Honestly it deserves it, I love this game.
Honestly, Splatoon series has been an addicting game since the first one and this game has gotten so much love. I like it! I haven’t gotten it yet but I’m planning on getting one.

It is quite fantastic. Honestly for me Splatoon thrives more in PVE scenarios than PVP, and I’m glad they were able to make a game like this that really gives depth to the PVE gameplay.
I hope there’s some post-launch support but we’ll see.
A much better reflection of how good a game is than the media reviews that are skewed by those just looking for attention. That reviewer that gave it a 4/10 should be ashamed but really outliers like that should be removed from the aggregate score.
Is it multiplayer?
There is multiplayer support, but it doesn’t work like the first 3 games. You pretty much can join a lobby and play levels with random people and friends.
