Capcom Spotlight announced for 16th September

Capcom has announced that they’ll be hosting another Capcom Spotlight on Wednesday, 16th September at 7am PT / 3pm UK time. What exactly will be featured in the 40-minute presentation has not been revealed, but the live event is being hosted as part of Tokyo Game Show 2026, which is now confirmed to have quite a few Nintendo Switch 2 games on exhibition from Capcom. That means we can expect updates for the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, and Mega Man: Dual Override. The other titles set to be on the show floor have/will have already been released at the time of the show airing, including PRAGMATA, Onimusha: Way of the Sword (launching 4th September), and Street Fighter 6.

  1. Capcom Spotlight is always an interesting event for fans, and this upcoming presentation has plenty of potential. With several Nintendo Switch 2 titles being shown at Tokyo Game Show 2026, players are naturally curious about what new details might appear for games like Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, and Mega Man: Dual Override. A 40-minute showcase gives Capcom enough time to share trailers, updates, and possibly a few surprises. Until then, fans can enjoy the current releases or spend some free time with other entertainment options, such as a casual right here casino-style game night with friends. It should be an exciting showcase for Capcom followers.
