A freelance game translator over at GlitterBerri has confirmed that the two Zelda games that surfaced yesterday for the Nintendo 3DS are completely fake. The two games in question were titled The Legend of Zelda: Fire Prophecy and The Legend of Zelda: Ice Prophecy. The freelance games translator who speaks fluent Japanese claims the games are fake due to the following:
-Using を instead of の, which renders it completely nonsensical
-Writing “fire” in kanji and “ice” in katakana makes the titles inconsistent. They should either write both in katakana or both in kanji

Oh damn it. I really though it was weird because of Fire’s Kanji and Ice written in Katakana. But I was so excited… x_x

As for the compulsory IMO segment, I wasn’t really that interested in these games. I mean, they were just titles.

I agree with Guardian Hero. We definitely need at least two more. “Oracle” was/were epic. Why can’t they make more like that?

You idiot. According to the Official Zelda Timeline Nintendo released, Skyward Sword is the first one in the timeline. The next Zelda game could take place after Zelda 2, Four Swords Adventure, or Spirit Tracks.
Perhasp you are right, however we have SS for Wii and OoT for 3D, is not really necesary a Zelda game right now, however it has been 2 years sinve the last Metroid game and last year was the 25 anniversary of Metroid too, alongside Zelda. This year is the 10 anniversary of Metroid Prime, i believe its the right time for another Metroid game.
Geez! Prime Trilogy rerelease for 3DS or Wii I bet! 3DS could use Circle Pad Pro :D
