Tilmen from Nintendomination has uploaded the first 95 minutes of Sonic Lost World for the Wii U. Sonic’s latest adventure is exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U and goes on sale in Europe at midnight. Japanese gaming publication Famitsu recently reviewed the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U versions of Sonic Lost World and gave both respectable scores.
Hope the people in Europe are enjoying this game so far. =)
And for those wondering, the game came out early in the eShop in Europe.

I’ve been playing it all day. It’s pretty damn good.
It’s weird though, among the many awesome fantastic levels are a handful of truly truly awful horrendous levels – astonishingly bad.
But that’s just a few. Most of the levels are excellent.

I’ve never played a Sonic game and doubt I ever will. It doesn’t appeal to me. Too frenetic. But for those that do like Sonic, this looks pretty impressive. I think Sega went all out. I hope it sells well, solidifies their relationship with Nintendo and we see more games from them in the future.

I never watch these type of videos. Why spoil the game for yourself? Maybe if I wasn’t planning on buying the game I’d watch some of it. But I’m definitely getting Lost Worlds. I grew up playing Sonic games and the series has steadily regained the consistant quality it used to have.

15 minutes may not be a lot, but I just like the experience of popping a brand new game into a console and experiencing everything right then and there for the first time. It’s exciting. Ha
