It appears that Nintendo's forthcoming gaming extravaganza, has had a rather colourful overhaul when it comes down to the games mysterious 'Twilight Realm' .
It now looks that instead of being transported to a rather dull black and white, monochromatic world, the world has now transformed into a strange, hazy coloured visual style that looks more than rather intriguing.
The reason for the change was apparently due to the development team spending plenty of time play-testing the area and whilst doing so, they found the game became slightly depressing and less fun to play, so sensibly they then decided to give the area a new lick of artistic paint.
For those not in the know about the forthcoming Zelda title, the 'Twilight Realm' is a mysterious force that's slowly taking over the land of Hyrule. It change's the games setting into a rather bare and desolate wasteland, complete with a variety of strange looking foes with which to slay with Links weaponry.
When Link gets transported into the 'Twilight Realm' he automatically changes into Wolf form, which therefore grants Link plenty of new abilities, such as new combat moves and the chance to talk to other animals. Whilst in this form Link also picks up a new friend called Midna who can be seen riding Link whilst the character is in Wolf form, as shown in the screenshot below.
This game is certainly cracking up to become another classic game in the Zelda franchise, and this new colour overhaul of the Twilight Realm makes the game look even more beautiful than it did previously. The game itself will be released simultaneously on both the Gamecube and the Wii at some point later on this year, and I for one can not wait to get my hands on it.
