Many were thrilled to discovered that 007 First Light was planned for the Nintendo Switch 2 then the delays happened and interest has waned somewhat. Speaking at Tokyo Game Show, IO Interactive has revealed a little more about the Nintendo Switch 2 version, which the company says will run at 30fps at release. Along with problems getting the game up and running to the standard expected one of the reasons for the delay was apparently “requests from marketing” presumably that’s because Grand Theft Auto VI and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time are launching this holiday season.

They know this version will get buried when GTA VI and OoT remake launches. Smart move in my opinion.
