Capcom has decided to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the acclaimed Ace Attorney franchise ahead of its official anniversary date which is 12th October. The new artwork, which you can view down below, showcases a number of beloved characters from the respected franchise including Apollo, Edgeworth and more. The brand-new illustration is by series artists Kazuya Nuri and Takuro Fuse.
Maybe we could celebrate this anniversary by releasing a new game, Capcom? …Please?
Probably not but we can dream.
Capcom: Maybe we could celebrate this anniversary by you getting out my face.
Just kidding. I love Capcom, but as someone who’s waited at least 2 decades for CrashMan EXE, the suffering is real. At this point, I would settle on a female net navi named Clash EXE or an official doodle by Capcom.
Is it just me that vastly prefers Kazuya nuri’s art style for the franchises newer entries? It just has so much life to it and Fuse’s work has a bit of the same-face syndrome imo. I hope they can work with him again for AA7 when they finally decide to make it.
It’s hard to believe Ace Attorney has been around for 25 years already. The anniversary artwork looks like a great way to celebrate, especially with characters like Apollo and Edgeworth getting featured alongside the rest of the cast. Having Kazuya Nuri and Takuro Fuse behind the new illustration makes it even more interesting for longtime fans. Hopefully Capcom has something more planned for the actual October 12 anniversary, because a milestone like this feels like the perfect time for some kind of announcement. Until then, I might celebrate with some games and a justpokies-au.com casino night.
