  2. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Huh? That’ll be interesting, let’s hope they copied the game exactly and didn’t change anything.

    1. Now what fun would it be if the game were exactly the same in every way? I know they said they want to enhance the experience in such a way that the nostalgia is still there, but the game will still feel new to everyone. There’s gotta be some extra features involved, perhaps slightly reworked dungeons, but nothing along the lines of Master Quest.

  3. @Mitch man that was my favorite game when I was younger.
and even so I can name a few things that can use some changing lol

  4. LoZ:OoT is exactly the same, except that they’ve updated the graphics with the new stereoscopic 3D engine. The game play will be exactly the same though. You can read about it in Nintendo Power and stuff.

      1. I think they said that they wanted to redo the control scheme using the touchscreen so that the water temple was easier to complete.

        1. Yeah, I remember that, but I thought I also heard that they were supposed to re-do the Water Temple altogether. Oh well, we’ll find out when it comes out.

  7. Art and controls is okay, anything else and….You don’t want to know.
Anwyay, I didn’t even read the other games, how can there not be a Mario game?
That’s crazy! Still looks good, though. Lookin’ forward to it!

  9. Aww man, No Mario Kart or Kid Icarus, this is going to be a very weird launch! Still, I’ll be purchasing OoT and SSFIV:3D, not sure about Nintendogs + Cats

  10. SM64DS was a launch title for DS, and it’s still one I play to this day. OoT3D will no doubt be the first game I get.

  15. Awesome. I’ll definitely be getting OOT3DS and SSF43DS first (assuming they’re among the stateside launch line-up). I’ve been craving SSF4 since I played the PS3 demo at Wal*Mart, and I’m really looking forward to OOT. Any word on Game Pricing? Also, when will they officially announce the 3DS’ non-Japanese price tag? I know that it translates directly to $300, but I’ve heard that normally hardware launches cheaper here in the good ‘ol US of A.

  16. Well, we actually don’t know if these will be the launch titles for the international release, do we? I mean the international release might be at the end of march, which would give developers a little bit more time to finish their games. And wasn’t there a leak a while back about Paper Mario 3D being released in March?

I dunno, but I expect that the international launch titles might be slightly different.

  17. Oh whoops, forgot one thing in my post above, what’s the price tag for the actual games? Are they the same as DS games? Or are they a bit more expensive?

  18. Well no Mario but got Zelda so that’s alright with me and Super Street IV, Nintendo is gonna rise to the top in sales once again.

  20. I want OOT and SSF43D but it’s not I haven’t played them before, on other systems I mean. I’ve never liked or enjoyed nintendogs so I’m not buying this one I don’t know what was the fuss about. Professor layton wont be a launch title in the US I’m sure since this series takes too long to translate. I wish Kid Icarus was on the list it would have been a good launch, original title.

  21. everybody’s talkin about no mario, and no kid icarus, but nobody ever said these would be the ONLY launch titles, right?
