Nintendo UK have confirmed that gamers wishing to purchase third party games for their Nintendo 3DS consoles will be able to redeem Club Nintendo points for their purchases. So if you’re looking to purchase games such as Rayman 3D or Ghost Recon for the Nintendo 3DS be sure to redeem your points!

Awesome. I hated games that didn’t have Club Nintendo points.
Undoubtedly a good move on Nintendo’s part me thinks. Too bad I don’t get any Club Nintendo points with my games : (
why not?
Because they’re review copies. I just get the disc or cartridge and nothing else I’m afraid. It’s only fair I suppose : )
3rd party games always did contain a club Nintendo cards, it just depended on the RRP of the game whether it had a card or not. I think the writer of this news is confused.
Only the ones published by Nintendo such as Monster Hunter Tri did. Here’s confirmation from Nintendo UK themselves that this is a new thing. http://www.nintendo.co.uk/NOE/en_GB/news/2011/exciting_information_for_european_club_nintendo_members_32281.html
Hmmph. Useless to the rest of the gaming world. Club Nintendo only exists in a handful of countries. I just want the games… and why is the 3DS going for $400 in Nigeria, or not be able to beat the iOS’s graphics as I’m being told?
XD Here in Mexico, the 3DS is at 500usd :S its robbery… and we dont have Club Nintendo here :(
Hi there, I really loved all those games, I think its very fun and exciting to play. I can’t wait to have this Nintendo 3DS.
