Nintendo Wii: Nintendo Has Officially Named Kirby Wii

Nintendo has revealed that the super-fun looking Kirby Wii is officially titled Kirby Returns To Dreamland. Online gaming publication Siliconera found out the information via a Nintendo rep at this weeks Comic Con. The game is scheduled to launch in Europe and the United States sometime later this year. Who’s looking to pick this one up?

  1. I definitely am. As a matter of fact, I think I’ll play through some Kirby games on VC for old times sake.

      1. Well, since you can’t seem to properly structure a sentence, or remain grammatically correct online, I am surprised you aren’t the one in diapers Eddie. Obviously, you wouldn’t know an amazing platforming experience if it bitch-slapped you in the face.

  2. I cannot wait for its release, it looks like fun. Good thing they changed the name, because Kirby Wii just doesn’t sound like an intresting game that I would buy.

  3. Never been a Kirby fan. Mainly because I never really played it. Might get this now. Not seen any trailers though, I like to see as little about a game as possible before buying it.

    1. You, Sir, are a rare breed of gamer in today’s world. I honestly wish sometimes that things weren’t leaked all over the internet everyday, especially after all that nonsense around Project Cafe before E3… Oh internet, blessing and curse.

      1. YOU SIR ARE A LAME KISS ASS. I guess babies stick together. rare breed of gamer? oh you mean babies who refuse to grow up. grow up and get a girl freand you big baby.

          1. Ha, it is a combination of the words “friend” and “hand” which is all santisdregh has to comfort him at night since he has nothing better to do than troll a site that I frequent quite often these days.

          2. +hey at least he doesn’t play games for children. what is a fag? oh yeah you white nintendo bitches ya need a sense of humor, style and flavor ya lame losers.

  4. I liked Kirby 64, might consider getting this one, but Super Mario 3DS is also scheduled for the end of the year and I’m definitely buying that one. So then I don’t have money for Kirby.
    But maybe later, we’ll see.

  5. I’m still unconvinced. I love the handheld games and enjoyed Kirby 64 a lot, but this seems like something that could have been achieved on the Gamecube. I’m waiting for the gimmick to be announced before I’m interested.

      1. YOU PLAY THIS HOW OLD ARE YOU. ID BE EMBARRASSED TO PLAY A GAME FOR KIDS. GROW UP AND HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT. UNLESS UR A GIRL I CAN’T UNDERSTAND PLAYING A BABIES GAME. GROW UP U BIG BABY SMH.

  6. Whether this game is choice or poo I’m so desperate for a game to play I don’t care, I’m getting it day one.

  7. WoW cant belive how many haters are on here commenting well actually its probably just the same person ha
I think kirby appeals to a wide audiance becouse of its creativity and its ability to use gimmics well i wont buy it coz i can just borrow of my cousin ha when he will obv. Get it for christmas ha

  8. There is nothing wrong with Kirby but for God’s sake Nintendo!!. If you really care about all kinds of gamers how you say; give us the last story! most hardcore gamers dont care about Kirby.

  9. Kirby’s always been a fun, vibrant series and I’ve enjoyed it despite it being “for children”. I haven’t heard anything about Kirby Returns To Dreamland, but I’ll get it anyway :)

  10. I want to get both this and Skyward Sword. I got kind of used to calling this game Kirby Wii lol. I think I liked”Kirby Wii” better for it’s simplicity, but it’s not a huge deal. Kirby is so cute, btw!

  11. All this adolescent bitching is weak. You people are pathetic.

…back on topic: it would be neat in Nintendo went a darker route with this game. Return to Dreamland reminded me of the movie Return to Oz for some reason lol. Things were pretty creepy when Dorothy went back…perhaps Kirby could experience something similar, something menacing to take on.
