EA announced one game – Mass Effect 3 – for Wii U during last week’s E3. The company’s games label president, Frank Gibeau, has revealed that EA is working on at least a couple of unannounced games for Nintendo’s upcoming console. Gibeau also revealed that EA will “have a bigger line-up for Wii U than they did on the Wii.” Gibeau acknowledged that the Wii U is “the first next-generation platform coming out,” and EA will really support it.
“Just looking at E3 and where we’re at, we wanted to hold our fire a little bit on a couple of the other games that we’re working on. We’ll have more announcements this summer on the rest of the Wii U line-up.”
Fingers crossed for Dead Space 3!
I’m hopin for this
Who knows? Dead Space 3 hasn’t really got a release date yet so it could be coming to the Wii U
2013 is all that’s known about the release date.
there is a dead space on wii, so there is a high prob to get one for wiiu
BF3? :D
yes please :D
KKKKKKKKKK
Battlefield: Bad Company 3
^Fuck Yeah!
I’ve got a scratch and a hair in my 3DS, do most people care about anything dirtwise in there consoles?
I want Dead Space, Medal of Honour and Need for Speed. Anything from EA would be welcome actually. All their major sports games especially. Leave luck to heaven.
i actually think this is all part of nintendo’s plan. call me crazy, but i think that they meant to not really show very much at the conference. why? so they can keep all the awesomeness building up until the day it launches. so from between now and november, they’re going to just keep on announcing more and more things for it including more first party games like retro’s game and maybe a smash bros tease, that kind of stuff. it’s actually pretty smart.
well, i don’t see the retro’s game or smash bros tease coming, but remember what reggie told at the beginning: “there are 24 games coming to WiiU” and they showed a few of them in E3 conference and a few more in their facebook page, so i think there will be more awesome announcements
Thank you, Smart guy right here ppl. You should learn from him
Exactly! I thought I was the only one but like I said on IGN
they stressed the whole “3DS launch-fail, Wii Learned from it” to just drop the ball like that at E3.
I was thinking that they the best for later because they wanted M$ and Sony to not feel threatened by them so later on they could come out guns-a-blazing.
So on there checklist:
Fool Sony and M$ by holding back developers at E3[x]
Now that E3 is over reveal more kick@$$ stuff[in progress]
Can’t wait to see what’s next.
Really good strategy. Now I don’t even care that their E3 was bad! With BO2 and EA games getting announced, the Wii U will rule.
I’m starting to feel this way myself. It’s no wonder E3 was such a bust. That’s because almost nobody really gave a crap about it because they wanted to show bigger things down the road.
EA Sports games. Maybe a battlefield 3 re-release. Dead Space 3
Nope, they already announce Fifa and Madden
Dead Space 3 is seeming to be like a likely candidate for a Wii U release next year
If it’s a new Mass Effect, Need for Speed or Bulletstorm, I’m ready for next year.
My leash and boot are ready for a new Bulletstorm. Anything else MoH or DS3 would be nice to
if it ends up being their yearly sports franchises I’m not going to be happy.
I’m telling you, all the crybabies were shedding tears about the launch lineup for no reason. “Wahhh There’s no Zelda, Metroid, F-Zero, Smash bros. Wahhh Launch games will only be 720p” Seriously grow up. I look forward to WiiU’s lifespan
For someone with the username of ” NintendoCryBaby”, you are more mature than most Nintendo fanboys I’ve found there.
battlefield please for Wii U
