The latest musical level for Rayman Legends uses a memorable track from the Kill Bill series, but in a manic underwater setting. Ubisoft’s latest platformer is due to be released on a number of platforms including Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U, PlayStation Vita, and PC. Rayman Legends will be available to purchase on August 30th in Europe, and September 3rd in North America. Don’t forget that the Wii U version includes Mario and Luigi costumes.

I watched the movie last week and came to think about the music a few hours ago.
Love one of the YouTube comments, “Why can’t the New Super Mario Bros. series be like this?”. Why indeed. At least there’s a Mario costume in the Wii U version so I can at least pretend i’m playing a good modern 2D Mario.

They’ve been milked since the Wii version was made to cash in on the success of the DS one. They should’ve taken their time and changed it up more.
From what I tried on the Rayman demo so far, I found NSMB.U much more enjoyable.
However, the music levels in Rayman are purely awesome :)
Also, some of the videos are showing some nice things about the game that isn’t available in the current demo.
But if I had to pick only one of the 2 games, I would definitely pick NSMB.U !
Lets hope Rayman can prove me wrong :p

I can agree that the NSMB games are milked, but NSMBU is great compared to the others. I would even go so far as saying it’s the best 2D Mario since World!
Because a mediocre game like Rayman Anything-Since-The-Original requires one to fully become the douche that is Michel Ancel. And that just isn’t worth it for anybody.

Meh, after playing the W101 demo, my choice for a game in September became much clearer!!! As gorgeous as RL is, the W101 is way better in my book.
just a thought….. 101 is the game that needs to sell out of this and that. dont know if i want to fork that much money for it though 60$. pikmin im not even going to buy for that because of ive never played it.
If you have any love for Real-Time Strategy games, then you’re doing yourself a disservice by not at least renting Pikmin 3 to give it a fair trial run.

You should get W101 and Pikmin 3 because both are fantastic games. I don’t even need to play W101 to know it will be amazing. I’ve seen enough gameplay and that N Direct blew me away.

Kill bill rules. Anyway this game proves how creative Ancel is. I dont care about rest of the ubisoft, its Ancels games that are most enjoyable.
