The official US Sonic Lost World website currently has the eagerly anticipated Wii U and Nintendo 3DS exclusive listed for a November 29th release date. Sonic Lost World was previously delayed in the United States – from October 22nd to October 29th. Whether this is just a typo remains to be seen, but it would be odd for the game to release on Black Friday.

Considering the Tropical Freeze delay and the Wii U’s current status, this would actually be the exact opposite of a good business strategy.
Considering the fact that the vast majority of sales for games take place from Black Friday and beyond it is the perfect business strategy. It doesn’t make since to blow a massive wad and then have nothing left to follow. I’m glad Nintendo is spacing things out. What they need is a consistent flow of games, not a huge drop box and then another drought.

That wouldn’t change anything, as Europe and Australia don’t seem to be getting delayed.
It’s been changed to the 22nd. Either it was a typo or someone typed in November 29th and then Sega realized they weren’t going to announce the date change yet.
