  1. At this rate they should be able to clear existing stock out of stores. Then all that’s left is for Iwata to burn down the chinese warehouses storing the remaining 7 million Wii U units.

      1. That’s the only reason I’d buy one. And I’m sure not paying $300 for a Kart box.

I guess there’s a second reason I’d buy one, Zelda. I don’t expect that to be released in 2014 though.

  2. It does my heard good to see Kirby still doing well. Why have you not announced an international release Nintendo?!

  3. That week there’s only one new title that charted and is a visual novel… Also sadly all hardware sales went down… Anyway that week’s top 5 titles are for the 3DS…

  4. Does anybody remember iceazeama? Well get this! He is actually a Sony employee that is getting payed to talk bad about Nintendo. It was hilarious when i found out!

    1. Why on earth would Sony need to make Nintendo look bad? Nintendo does it well enough for themselves. It’s like kicking a beleaguered, 3-legged hamster.

  5. Nintendoomed lol.

First party games can only do so much to maintain momentum and keep interest in a system, and Nintendo obviously cannot release a game as often as they need to in that regard. Once Smash comes out you’ll see a rise again, then nothing because there won’t be another first party game for a few months. Rinse and repeat. That is not a viable way of supporting a system.

  6. I don’t get these low sales. There is nothing wrong with the Wii U. Amazing piece of kit.

It’s the advertising that’s hurt it. All those saying the console is dead please shut it as you’re so very wrong.

  7. 4 sony consoles… and 3 nintendo consoles… im glad the ps4 is not release yet.
MK will do some good sells and i hope dk tf. (even… i am tied of dk and mario)
    but then… then its over.
the japanese dont like zelda so much like the europeans (including me).
