    1. And.. what´s the problem with a product aimed at children, dumbass? Children are also consumers. And this particular game made a HUGE success in Japan.

    2. Somehow, as soon as I actually realized this article, I knew. I just knew you’d be here.
      My retort:
What’s the point in being grown up if you can’t be childish once in a while.

      1. Reminds me: “Critics who treat ‘adult’ as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.”

  1. Better than milking Kingdom Heart series. Lest Disney characters are actually respected in this game.

      1. And yet this game is gonna sell better then Kingdom Hearts. I understand your stupid though.

      2. Shut up otaku! Not only characters are more respected, but it has more contents than your rehashed KH3, just like all the kingdom hearts games! 8D

      3. I agree. In my opinion, I really enjoy kingdom hearts but I would love to play this game if I could. Gotta give things a chance

      4. Beep! Gaystation fanboy detected! Wii exposed U! Do something worthwhile with your life!

    1. She wont.. I bought a 2DS for my niece as a Christmas present and she told me she prefered the clamshell, and that it was to big.

It actually is, I dont see how this 2DS is supposed to be for kids when I as an adult feel the shoulder buttons are too far from the buttons.

You can try it out, but heed my warning.

      1. True, I can understand that. Her parents and I agreed that the XL is better.

The 2DS is odd though. I don’t even know the demographic it’s supposed to be aimed for.

      2. People who can´t afford more expensive devices. The 2ds is like the DsLite. A cheap option so anyone can enjoy games

      3. Well yeah, but the DS Lite had a sensible design and could fit in your pocket.

      4. People who can’t afford an original 3DS, kids with parents too lazy to use the parental controls to disable the 3D effect, and hipsters.

      5. Cam recording purpose? I read a review that it’s easily to cam record on 2D handheld.

      6. To be honest, I kinda like the 2DS’s design. Maybe I should’ve gotten one.. I’ve got a 3DS XL and I’m loving it. The bigger screens and the 3D. But I think this looks pretty neat, too. It all just depends on who uses it. My brother might love this. Heh. (He’s 8.)

  2. I like the color styling. I’ve thought about getting a 2DS honestly, but just not sure. Maybe if I get this job I’ll get it, why not? It seems like it’d be comfortable to play on.

    1. That’s probably accurate, to a certain extent. I think they’re for everyone, and I also think that people do happen to enjoy it even if it’s not for them. Everyone at this point is entitled to think whatever they want, unless it’s illegal.

  3. Disneyhad better have added more popual charaters that the west loves like Percy Jackson, Thor, the live action Alice, Cora, and Tron

  4. Even if it did come with a copy of the game, it would just be a stupid digital download code anyways. So big deal! No problem with me.

  5. I bought a 3ds when it first debuted, I used the 3d feature only a handful of times and never got into it really. When the 2ds came out I sold my 3ds almost immediately and bought a 2ds because it looked comfortable. I can say that it’s not for everyone but it’s definitely for me. It has a nice grip, the material isn’t slippery when my hands get clammy, buttons are placed smartly and the shoulder buttons are some of the best I have used on any handheld. I’m glad I made the switch.
