Including both familiar and innovative gameplay, The Lost Valley will allow you to create and expand your farms, as well as build relationships with villagers in order to save the valley and its four seasons. With the help of the Harvest Sprites, Harvest Goddess and King of the Underworld, the winter season can be defeated and you can return the Lost Valley to its former glory. Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley will arrive for the Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe later this year.

Natsume has uploaded the first trailer for Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley. Announced earlier this month, the upcoming Harvest Moon game will take on a different look and allow players to explore entirely new areas in the life-simulation franchise.

The character designs look fucking atrocious and the game looks boring as shit. And I lol’d at “The most freedom you’ve ever had in a Harvest Moon game”. Whoa seriously? Holy shit the older games must be linear as fuck then. Lol. I’m definitely gonna buy a 3DS now just for this game… said now one ever.
It’s a peaceful series. It’s not a a shooter or action series. In the previous games there was hardly customization for cloths, and even way less farm customizing options…

I have heard alot about the Harvest Moon series… but after looking at this I must errr… the sprites look freakishly distorted and the gameplay looks almost like a carbon copy of Minecraft, blocks, colours and all

I really recommend that you play hm: a wonderful life. If you don’t have a gamecube or don’t want to get one. Another very good hm game is hm: friends of mineral town, for the gba. You can easily start playing it on an emulator. A wonderful life is sooo pretty and nice.
Even though it has the name Harvest Moon it’s not really Harvest Moon. Story of Seasons is the real Harvest Moon we all know and love but isn’t called Harvest Moon because Natsume owns the right. Confusing? Just watch this video it explains it perfectly

I love Harvest moon but this looks like a bad Minecraft knockoff. Buy the other one instead, I already own it in Japanese and it’s as great as ‘A new beginning’. What’s it called in English? Well it was in another post a few days ago.
In English it’s called Story of Seasons. I will probably get that one as well, because this one looks just as horrible as Hometown Story. I think Natsume is taking the series in the wrong direction… (>.<)
