These Charming Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Playing Cards Release Next Month For Japan

Nintendo is set to release two new packs of Pokemon playing cards in Japan next month. Regularly tracing the line between its company roots and video games, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire playing cards will be exclusive to Japan when the two beautiful packs release this March for approximately 500 Yen, excluding tax.

The blue and red packs join the previously released Pokemon X and Y cards from 2013, and feature Jirachi as the Alpha Sapphire joker with Deoxys posing as the Omega Ruby Joker. According to the official page, the final Hoenn starter evolutions and the story’s main legendary Rayquaza will model as Kings. There’s probably zero chance of bagging a shiny, however, unlike the trading card game where fans have a slightly better chance.

I don’t even like reading things about that stupid ape…

I get disgusted by such primitive apes like him and Justin Beaver…

                                  Probably even worse…

I got so disgusted when our empire gave him a temporary job…

Lol what a joke. And that’s not really a job. Its kind of a hey Justin put yourself with all these products so they can sell job.

                          1. No, it was cool when I was a kid, but when I look back, the game is really stupid and makes no sense when compared to the games and the T.V show.

It’s like there are three Pokemon universes. The cards are one, the show is another and the games are the original universe.

                      1. The thing about these cards is that there’s no reason not to release overseas. They could still be used to play a nice game of poker… I hope they do eventually release overseas soon but not by the time Pokemon Z is out or whatever lol
