Great news for those of you who collect amiibo and are located within the United States as the Nintendo World Store has announced that it will be selling all the fourth wave of amiibo figures, including those that are retailer exclusive, during a midnight launch on Friday, May 29th. I’m sure you are all aware that’s exactly when Splatoon launches, so that’s the perfect time to head on down there.

Fixed it for you, and either way it will probably be the most insane event with very little supply, just like all releases at Nintendo World.
The only thing my best friend has picked up for me at that store was the Mariokart limited edition bundle, only because it had a preorder. Everything else was gone in minutes.
Liar, my friend got to the MK8 launch event 1 hour b4, and got the last wristband for the limited edition software bundle with blue shell figure….she still had to wait 2hrs to get into thd store but she got it. SO STOP FUCKING LYING MOTHERFUCKER.

Well, for the plane ticket, a hotel and all the food I would need to be there at midnight and camp out for the Silver Mario Amiibo, pretty much I would spend pretty much the same price I would buy it off from Amazon. Lol

I wish someone would place a special bomb in the nintendo world store that would blow up the store completely but leave everyone inside or anywhere near it totally unharmed and every building around it unharmed. There shouldn’t have been retailer exclusives to begin with- that just makes hard-to-find amiibos even more difficult to find.
I’ll be lucky to get even one Wave 4 amiibo, the pre-orders and stocking were so fucking botched.
Same here. I’m going to every local amiibo retailer on the 29th (right when they open) in hopes of maybe finding some of wave 4 on shelves. Starting with Target (please let me find Jigglypuff). What sucks is that some stores don’t even stock their shelves until afternoon, evening, or even the next day or so after receiving shipments.

I can’t because Nintendo only made one store & it’s in New York City & I live all the way down near the Gulf of Mexico! -.- Even if I had the money, I’d be better off just buying Lucina off a filthy fucking scalper! *goes to Amazon* Oh.
