Has anybody else here signed up on nowinstock.net to be alerted of amiibos in stock? I’ve been signed up for months on the last 2 waves of amiibo (and even some of wave 1). And every single time I get an e-mail notification that one of them are in stock somewhere, I go to that site and they’re STILL out of stock. This site is SO phony! It hasn’t helped me get a single amiibo. In fact, I’m not going to use their phony site anymore.
I’m on it, it told me about Charizard. I think there are some false alarms here and there, but I snagged a Wario pre-order from Wal-Mart. Inklings from Best Buy, all in early May, but you have to figure we are not the only ones on that site. And I imagine you have quite a few people hawkishly watching for any Amiibo movement…

It has worked wonders for me in the past, haven’t been bothering keeping up with amiibo too much lately. So I can’t say about how it’s working now, but before it has helped me get a few amiibo that weren’t reported anywhere else.
Amiibo: It was a massive success until people realized it got boring and barely does anything, after five minutes. “Boring! I’m too old for figure collecting shit.”
Except grown adults still collect, trade, and show off bottle caps, stickers, and comics rendering the collectible aspect of amiibo still quite valid in spite of attempted shame baiting.
And saldly grown ups still plays with toys like the Collector and Micaeal Jackon and little boys 2

I’m a teen and I’m proud to say I buy amiibo and continue to play Nintendo. One time in class I had free time so I pulled out my Fox amiibo and started to train it on my new 3ds and people around me were pretty interested and didn’t laugh or anything. Times are changing and people are beginning to realize not to pick fun and be nice to everyone but there’s a good amount of bigoted fools like you who still hate and chastise when you could just mind your own business and let people live as they please. :)

Hey idiot! I’m not playing with toys. It’s called “physical DLC”. I’m using the amiibo to receive the content (the ones I open, that is). Then I’m putting it back down. What’s so hard to figure out about that? Ever seen the professional toy designer, Mike Mozart on YouTube? Tell HIM that toys are for kids. You have issues. Do you realize how many people out there in this world collects toys? Do you realize that adults are the main ones collecting amiibos, just for the sake of getting every one?
