There is a rumour circulating around the internet that there’s a Gravity Falls game in development for the Nintendo 3DS and it is published by Ubisoft. The game is based on the American cartoon which is broadcast on Disney XD. The show follows the adventures of Dipper and his twin sister Mable as they unlock the secrets of the myserteous town of Gravity Falls where there are plenty of paranormal and supernatural creatures.

It’s actually a really good show. It has a continuing plot and stuff. It’s one of the few shows I can bare to watch with my little sister.

Steven Universe is better
Steven Universe is over dramatic and the plots don’t last nearly as long. Gravity falls is better
They have two different things going.
It really pales in comparison to Gravity Falls, to me.
I follow Steven universe pretty heavily….I’m super hyped for the 3rd bomb drop next week, and have Vol. 1 of the comics preordered on Amazon even though I already have a complete variant collection of them so far….I dig it; But I still don’t think it’s better than Gravity Falls. Why? They’re just different shows, different kinds of shows with different kinds of plots. I find it hard to compare them when they’re fairly varied from eachother. Same goes for Adventure Time and Over the Garden Wall. I find those 4 all ridiculously amazing cartoons, exploring depths that cartoons haven’t delved into for quite some time, but I just can’t compare their content. All 4 are so vastly different from eachother, it’s much like how you can’t exactly compare something like Call of Duty to the Legend of Zelda, I guess is what I’m getting at; for me at least.

Gravity Falls is almost single-handedly what’s keeping western serialized animation legit these days, they’d sure as fuck better make sure it lives up to the legacy.
There are other good Western serialized animation. Gravity Falls is one, we had , Legend of Korra, Young Justice, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Batman the Brave and the Bold, Green Lantern: The Animated Series. Those are mostly all over, BUT that’s because NEW shows are coming in. Cartoon Network is always shuffling around shows and a lot of them are gems. Disney is usually pretty good in regards to their cartoon shows. Nickelodeon on the other hand seems to be taking a step back from cartoons.
Only thing the West is missing are tons and tons of anime, but we love anime and are content on watching them from Japan on Netflix and whatnot. Actually, Netflix has its OWN anime series, which would count as a serialized cartoon show. It is called Knights of Sidonia and is based on a Japanese manga. The West also has a lot of adult cartoon shows, like Archer, The Boondocks.
Uh, Steven Universe and Regular Show are both as good, if not better than GF.
This show is both adorable and talently written. I wouldn’t mind playing a Gravity Falls game on my 3DS :P Even if it were just a puzzle game or something.
Gravity Falls is great. And this is coming from an adult who watched it with his nephew on Disney Channel. Everything else on that channel is like chewing broken glass but I was very impressed by GF’s quality, plot and humour.
It’s Ubisoft and a licensed game though so you know what that usually means.
Star Vs. The Forces of Evil is pretty damn good.
Gravity falls actually isn’t that bad…I like the anime version that the 9gag community made…so much better…
I might buy it. Ubisoft makes good platformers.

I don’t really care for this show, but why would anyone want Ubisoft to make a game based off of their work? I don’t get it. Ubisoft is terrible. What possesses these people into thinking that Ubisoft is actually good? Like seriously, I can’t. -_-
I’ll hold off my excitement when there’s full details because I hate Ubi while I love Gravity Falls. Ubi can do wonders for this show but at the same time, they can also F Up 3DS gamers.
Gravity Falls is one of my fave TV series from Disney along with Phineas and Ferb which sadly ended already but with a nice send off episode.
You know what would be amazing? If they made this game in the UbiArt engine, that graphical style would really fit Gravity Falls.
