    1. This game obviously isn’t what people wanted from a series like Animal Crossing, but I see where Nintendo was going. They knew that many people liked the interactions players could have with the different AC characters and they wanted to capitalize on it by making a game centered specifically around them (and their amiibos).

  1. I really don’t see why people are crapping on this game? Why can’t people just enjoy it for the spinoff that it is? I wanted a REAL Animal Crossing game myself. And yes, I was disappointed that Nintendo didn’t have any REAL Animal Crossing game to announce at E3. But I’m still interested in this. Seems more interesting than a game based solely on house designing (like the 3DS game). Even though I know next to nothing about it.

  2. Don’t know why people are so salty over this and Federation Force. They’re just spin-offs, eventually we’ll get the mainline titles we wanted. In Metroid’s case FF is so obviously a prequel for Prime 4.

That’s the definition for spin-off. If you want to ignore that’s completely okay, but acting like it’s the ruin of a franchise you’ve always liked is way too over the top.

Amiibo Festival unfortunately is not for me, who can’t join the Amiibo race for money reasons.

      >>>Federation Force is a prequel/sequel/prime for nothing, it’s a prequel to garbage perhaps, period>>>

Unless Federation Farce comes with a guarantee from Nintendo that the game’s graphics and soccer crap won’t be used for mainline Metroid games where Samus is the main character, I’m not buying that trash. The casuals that aren’t even true Metroid fans can have this so called spin-off.

It’s not an assumption when you take the Wii, a hated console by most people, even by the very people that bought & owned the console, into account. Most hated the forced gimmick, hated the name, hated the fact it was weak compared to the competition, & hated the fact it was lacking in a lot of big 3rd party multiplatform games yet here we are with the Wii U being the same damn thing: forced gimmick, bad name, weak compared to the competition, & lack of a ton of 3rd party multiplatform games. And why? Because the Wii was a success because it simply sold to a shitload of people that didn’t even pick up a damn Wii U that weren’t even Nintendo fans & simply bought it because of hype. So again, it’s not an assumption when history shows that Nintendo does some really stupid shit when something sells very well.

              1. Yes Nintendo obviously does many bad things but one of the good things they do is deliver when it comes to the main titles of a series unless if they constantly kept messing that up which possibly has happened but not recently and I highly doubt the next metroid game will have bad graphics etc etc

Tell that to poor little Chibi-Robo. The new Chibi-Robo game that could very well be it’s last isn’t even an accurate portrayal of the main games. :/

                  1. Then that is for that game and is the chibi robo game a spinoff of a main game and when was the last chibi robo game lol and its not like the series is big in the first place and I’m sure the next metroid game will be good because of what the producer said for the story

        2. Nintendo Tetrarch Quadramus-NX

          >>>No real Metroid fan like me is ever going to look at that garbage as anything Metroid related in any way whatsoever>>>

            1. Rogue Master XenoRidley X3

I’d rather have Metroid Prime Pinball cuz least that stayed true to the damn franchise’s established graphics.
