Nintendo of America hosted a Yo-Kai Watch launch event at Nintendo World in New York yesterday, and they have now released pictures from the event. You can take a look at them in the gallery below along with Nintendo’s annotations:

Can I be Jibanyan for Halloween? You could see that character as a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade float in the future, like Pikachu.

I’m personally not too fond of the game myself for some reason but if they can get this hype over it, they’re doing sometbing right.
I might check out the demo or the anime. That cat thing is cute.
The demo was extremely fun and I can’t wait to get the full game. The battle system takes a bit of getting use to, but unlike the demo, I’m sure you can set up your own teams in the real game.
