Popular sports network ESPN has revealed that they plan to broadcast Super Smash Bros tournaments. The network has already set up a dedicated eSports Twitter account which you can follow here, @ESPN_Esports. Super Smash Bros will join the likes of League of Legends, Dota 2, and Hearthstone and the coverage won’t go unappreciated.
Seeing a lot of good feedback on the @ESPN_Esports calendar – thanks! We'll be adding more games and events soon, including Smash!

FINALLY,Smash is added to the esport…I think.
Cool. So does this mean I can watch these on television? I wouldn’t mind watching a few, to be honest.

Semi-related, anyone here wanna get wrecked in Smash?
If these get televised, I would actually have a reason to turn on ESPN. Show me high level play of my man Shulk so I can gleam some strats from the pros.
