ScrewAttack! the people behind a series of videos pitting popular pop culture characters against each other in a battle to the death, returns with a new Death Battle which will see Bayonetta and Devil May Cry‘s Dante fight against each other.
Previews will begin on Wednesday March 2 and the full video will be aired on March 16. Here’s the trailer below:

Because this is a Nintendo news site & Bayonetta 2 was published by Nintendo & released on Wii U. So it’s news. It’s not the news you like but it’s still news. Besides, it’s better than hearing Reggie lie for the hundredth time.
Just because its related to video games doesnt mean its news. This is like if there was a Disney news site and they made a news report every time a new episode of Cory in the House was coming on.

Now what Bayonetta get blindsided by Dante for some bullshit reason. It already happened with Buu, Goku, Zelda, Luigi, Knuckles, Cloud, and Bomberman.

Goku was supposed to lose that battle, and given the majun buu and KIRBY’s comparison, ud say kirby would destroy buu too, dragonBall characters are overrated, kirby is damn near indestructible man…
I can’t wait to watch this! I enjoy the ones with Jason David Frank as Tommy Oliver as the Green Ranger! Speaking of, I need to watch every previous episode.
Their MegaMan battle was stupid though. :/ (He ran out of metal blade after FOUR throws!?)
Also, they made Doom Guy look like a complete moron.

Except it is related. Or did you forget Bayonetta 2 is a ~Nintendo~ Wii U exclusive? But like I told the other guy, just because it’s news you don’t like doesn’t make it any less newsworthy.

Since the creator said he created her to be stronger then him. But if she loses… I may or may not be salty.
Both great characters (but love Dante more). This is gonna be really good and I’ll be satisfied with whoever wins.
I love both, but Dante is my favorite too. Unfortunately Bay (Bae?) would win hands down….she is in a completely different league from Dante. Now if somehow Dante and Virgil fused together or something, I would say they would then be on equal terms with Bayonetta.
Haven’t played Bayonetta so I don’t know of her true strength. On the other hand, a Dante and Vergil fusion would be pretty badass.
Considering that over half of the Death Battles have been flat out wrong…this will be semi interesting I guess. The commentary is probably going to be very obnoxious and disrespectful during Bayonetta’s segment so I’ll just skip to the fight as the animation always looks very good at any rate.
