Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Arriving In Europe For Wii U This June

Nintendo has announced Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE will arrive in Europe this summer. The game is a sweet blend between a Japanese RPG – combining that of Fire Emblem – with a pop idol rhythm nature. More information will be unveiled for the game soon. European players who like to bust a move can pick up the game on Wii U on June 24.

I mean If the art leaned towards the art of the original metroid then hell yeah. But I just don’t know what else to say. I wonna like it but then I dont.

Metroid should never have cartoony or “chibi” art style. And I get what where you are coming from. Aside from that ball shit. The missions looks fucking pleasing. It shows that theirs other forces working together. Instead of samus working alone saving entire planets like a fucking boss. So yeah you have every fuck right to not like this.

                1. I don’t like first person games but if I did, I would get that game. For every person that says that Federation Force is not a Metroid game, I just say Metroid Prime wasn’t a Metroid game. Just a FP game with samus in it. I wouldn’t say that anyway because a Metroid game is whatever the creator wants it to be.

                  1. Except Metroid Prime kept to the artstyle & overall gameplay of the original Metroid games. It respected & honored the Metroid franchise. Other M & Federation Farce are just abominations that never should have been made.

                    1. People do realize the game is called Metroid and not Samus. They can change the game into any way they want to make it.

                      1. If you were a true Metroid fan, you wouldn’t want Metroid to change from it’s usual self into a kiddy, family friendly abomination obsessed with targeting casuals. BUT, as long as this game keeps the chibi, family friendly crap exclusive to this one game & never make another one like it, I’ll let Federation Farce live in it’s own little section of the Metroid universe.

                        1. It doesn’t matter what kind of Metroid fan I am. I do not have a say in how they want to create a Metroid Game. It is their decision on the direction and artstyle. I did not like Metroid Prime but I’m glad those games are available for people to play.

While it looks like a terrible beast of nature, RPG fans don’t have much to choose from on Wii U.
In any case, I’m surprised that the music tracks are all making it over at all. Japanese companies are unreasonably finicky about having Japanese music overseas. Avex most of all. That’s why we almost didn’t get Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Even so, I feel the lack of English dubbing was lazy, and it makes it pretty obvious that they don’t think it will do well. Still, RPG fans cant ignore the fact that it was praised as one of the best RPG’s to grace the Wii U. Which is strange, because the only true RPG that exists on Wii U is Xenoblade X. . ….and child of light… But I’m not keeping score so I could be wrong.

      3. Finally got a release date so i can guess for the u.s. and can’t wait to buy this game since the wii u is so shut with having rpgs and the game got a lot of praise and it is different so it will be interesting and I will watch direct reactions later

      4. Welp, screw you Nintendo and Atlus.

I stuck up for this game many times over the past year, but not even going through the effort to put in an English dub proves how cheap you got with it. My hype for it is completely gone now.

I thought you guys would be better than to take the Namco approach.

        1. Bleh, whatever. I don’t mind Japanese voice overs. It just sucks I have to read a bunch of subtitles which will make me take my eyes off the action at times. Oh well. If I can make it work with Naruto Shippuden, I can make it work here. Besides, it’s better to be stuck with English subtitles than possibly get horrible English voice actors.
