Renegade Kid founder Jools Watsham has revealed via Twitter that the team initially pitched a Game Boy Advance port of Demon’s Crest to Capcom years back, but sadly nothing became of it. Capcom explained to the studio that the Super Nintendo version just didn’t sell enough units to make it a viable proposition.
Little Known Fact: We pitched a GBA port of Demon's Crest to Capcom back in the day. They said the SNES version didn't sell enough.

Call me when Capcom’s willing to make a sequel.
You guys really need to play Demons Crest if you haven’t already. It’s like a way more forgiving Gouls and Ghost where you play as the flying red demon instead of the knight. It combines elements from Metroid with other classic JPRG elements. After you clear the first level, the game lets you fly in a 3D overworld, and from there you can play any of the continents worlds collecting every ability you need to clear the final world. It’s really good.
