Nintendo of America has uploaded the lavish CGI opening movie for Mario & Sonic At The Rio 2016 Olympic Games. As you can see from the video below there’s a number of characters featured this time around along with a number of new and previously showcased sports including BMX, gymnastics, athletics, beach ball and more. Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games is out on the Nintendo 3DS on March 18th in the United States and in Europe on April 8th. The Wii U version is coming on June 24th.

It was like watching one of those “action” sequences from a kid’s cartoon. Everything in Slo Mo.
Playable Jet the Hawk, he fits
It’s not that bad. The only thing that brings it down is the lack of emotion on the characters faces.

I still never bought the Wii U version of Mario & Sonic. These games seem to release SO fast. I have all of the Wii versions, but never seriously played any.
