The US Nintendo online store has recently re-stocked the Europe Ambassador Exclusive new 3DS plates, along with adding the Colorful Yoshi plates that had also previously only been available in Europe. The cover plates are $16.99 each and can be purchased here.
There’s also a range of others available including Kirby, Splatoon, Pokemon, and Majora’s Mask cover plates.
So much for having an exclusive ambassador’s n3ds… :’)
