The spiritual successor title to the Castlevania series, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, will receive post-release content. At least, that’s what Mana, Iga’s community manager, is saying in the image provided below. The developers aren’t talking about the exact release date yet, but they already have a plan for releasing content. The main game will be released first, then the additional content.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will release on multiple platforms, including the Nintendo Wii U, in March 2017.

So now it’s coming to the Wii U the same month the NX is coming. Great.
Blame Nintendo. It was always coming in 2017.
I bought the WiiU for the awesome new gaming experience sooo I am sure to get this title and the NX of course …just like I always get all Nintendo consoles any ways.
You should every Nintendo idiot fan boy that only play one company system. Everything Nintendo puts out in a store is God to them.
where in her comment did she say. I only play nintendo
She’s joking and being sarcastic. I’m stating why people who only play Nintendo are idiots.
Well said, Bernadet. Being a gamer without Nintendo’s consoles is like being a professional racecar driver, but only wanting to ride a bicycle. It just doesn’t make sense.
i consider myself a Nintendo fan, but i still haven’t bought a WiiU (heck, i still have Cube games that i still need to finish~).
I suppose that it wouldn’t be surprising if Hiroshi Yamauchi’s ghost starts haunting me at some point~ :P
i would like to play this on 3DS tho…actually forgot which platform i chose when i backed the Kickstarter, ha~
I completely forgot about this game.
Meh, the only fun Castlevania game for me was N64. That game ruled my face off at that time.
Legacy of Darkness, I’m assuming?
Oh yeah.
I despise DLC. That’s what’s wrong with games today.
You aren’t the only one! For once I would love to see a completed game released without having to think about patches and dlc!
Like it or not, it’s either get the content this way or not get it at all with these projects. They need to put something out so they can develop the rest of the game.
Shit! I forgot all about this game! Oh wait. It’s going to be on the PS4, too! NEVERMIND!!! Tragedy evaded!
I think this will be a proper last wii u game.
