I don’t know much about gaming on non-Nintendo devices, but isn’t Overwatch Activision Blizzard?
You are correct but they may not be the publisher in Japan.
Square Enix publishes a lot of Activision/Blizzard’s games in Japan.
Damn it! I haven’t even played the first Dragon Quest Heroes! Better get on that fast before the sequel comes to the US later in the year if not next year since it took them from February to October to get the first one from Japan to the US.
Anyway, good luck to anyone trying to catch up to the PS4’s sales. lol
