It might not be coming to Nintendo platforms but a lot of you seem interested in the forthcoming Sonic Mania. The game is a remixed throwback to classic 2D Sonic games of yore and looks set to be a notable entry into the long-running Sonic franchise. The collector’s edition is now available for pre-order on Amazon UK. You don’t get a physical copy of the game but you do get the following:

- 12″ Classic Sonic Statue featuring SEGA Mega Drive Base

Sonic mania almost got a 3DS port by renegade kid. I wanted them to port the game to the 3DS.

If this isn’t a Plug and Play console, it’s a total waste of money. Even though it does look cool.
