A video from the Switch and Wii U title The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild has been uploaded by GameXplain.
In the footage, it shows how Link can interact with his horse including registering him/her, giving him/her a name, and being able to check the strength, stamina, speed, and bond with the horse. You also get the option to take your newly registered horse with you, or board at the stables.
