UK: Ultra Street Fighter 2 Enters Charts At Number Ten

It is Monday which means that sales data is in for the United Kingdom courtesy of GFK Chart Track. It’s been another good week for Nintendo UK as there are three Nintendo Switch titles in the top ten. The most recent Nintendo Switch release was Ultra Street Fighter 2 which landed impressively at number ten despite its much discussed price tag. You can read our review of the game, right here.

    1. Do you have a 3DS? If so, SSFIV 3D Edition is also a fine entry point for new players, plus its roster is twice the size of II. You can find it used for around $15 or so; I’d recommend it. The only thing I’d worry about is if you’re getting it for online- its community is pretty dried up by this point… :/

      1. No offense meant, but this is frankly terrible advice. SFIV is a terrible place for new players, as the game is built around extremely difficult to land 1-frame links in combos. SF2 is in a much better place to teach the fundamentals of predicting your opponent’s likely behavior at high speeds before submerging in the hyper-technical world of modern Street Fighters.
