Bandai Namco Has Confirmed Some New Details About The Switch Version Of Namco Museum

Some new details about the Nintendo Switch version of Namco Museum have been revealed by Bandai Namco. Download Play will be supported in the digital release through a free eShop app that a second Switch console can take advantage of. Namco also confirmed that the game is fully compatible with all of the play styles that the Switch has. You can play it on TV, tabletop mode, and even portable mode.  You will also be able to play all titles, excluding Pac-Man Vs., in horizontal and vertical screens. Playing the latter requires a television with pivot support, or a rotating screen. Lastly, Bandai Namco has also added a Challenge Mode for the 10 original titles, excluding Pac-Man Vs., where they will have their own challenges that you can beat. One example is Pac-Man, where there is a challenge to “continuously eat Ghosts within 3 minutes”.

The update from Namco also came with a bunch of new screenshots, so we’ve included them in a gallery for you down below. Namco Museum releases on the Nintendo Switch eShop on July 28th.

    1. I WHOLE-HEARTEDLY AGREE WITH A PHYSICAL RELEASE; IF NOT, CHECK OUT nintendoskip.com Once again, another possible title that would go digital and possibly not be retail!!!

  1. Now to get some kind of miniature version of the table-cabinet shell and put the Switch screen in there.
