Extreme Freeriding Game ‘Descenders’ Announced For Nintendo Switch

Described as “Skate on bikes” by its publisher, Descenders, an extreme downhill freeriding game, is coming to Nintendo Switch. Descenders will boast procedurally generated worlds meaning players will face an extra challenge while trying to rack up their score. RageSquid, along with new publisher No More Robots, are behind the title and they’re aiming to release Descenders for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One sometime in 2018.

The game looks super fast and fun but you can check out the video below to see for yourself:

You can check out more information about this title over at the official Descenders website.

  1. Hmm…..might check it out. I haven’t been a fan of the extreme sports gaming titles since the 1080 Snowboarding, SSX and Tony Hawk franchises but this game looks like it’s a lot of fun

  2. Ridley X3 {R.I.P. Chester Bennington of Linkin' Park. Thank you for the awesome music. You will be missed. *cries*}

    It’d actually be nice to see a resurgence in this genre for video games even if I personally didn’t care for the genre back then. Maybe we’ll see a new ATV game or something else along those lines, too. Could Tony Hawk games make a return, too? Stay tuned.
