With the upcoming release of the highly anticipated Sonic Mania the team over at SEGA have been feeding us brand new music tracks for the game which are undeniably delightful. The latest tune to feast your ears on is from Stardust Speedway Zone Act 1. You can give it a listen below. Sonic Mania launches on August 15th for Nintendo Switch.

Sonic music is much better when there are no lyrics to sing. Many of their songs with lyrics would be so much better if they removed the lyrics.
I know right ? I mean, just the Sonic Forces main theme, it was so much better when it didn’t have lyrics.
I don’t feel like that is always the case. In fact, to me some of the most memorable songs are the ones with lyrics (Sonic Heroes Theme, City Escape, His World, etc.).
The only lyrical ones I’ve enjoyed were the ones in Shadow the Hedgehog.
||Background vocals sometimes add to it like in this one but full songs, yes it’s disgusting, too humanoid…||
