The big new update for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 should be arriving tomorrow according to the game’s official Twitter account. Friday, March 2nd, should see the introduction of the New Game + mode as well as an easy mode and also Tetsuya Nomura’s character Akhos as a Blade. The Twitter account says the update will also include several new Blades including Akhos, Cressidus, Mikhail, Obrona, Patroka, Perdido, and Sever. Hopefully the full patch notes will be revealed very soon so we know exactly what we are getting. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is out now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
Can’t wait! Will be awesome to use all those blades
I got bored fast on this game. i will try it again after the patch.
* well by fast i mean..i play only 80hours…lol well for some people this is far more than enough to finish with the game :P

Do you need to purchase the season pass to get these new blades?
I don’t think so. The official site doesn’t list this as part of the season pass dlc and the article refers to it as an update, not a new dlc pack.
