Game Informer caught up with head of partner management for Nintendo’s publisher and developer-relations department, Damon Baker. Baker revealed to the publication which indie titles were the best-selling on the Nintendo Switch during the consoles first year. The list isn’t ordered but these are the top ten best-sellers:
- SteamWorld Dig 2
- Stardew Valley
- Kamiko
- Celeste
- Fast RMX
- Golf Story
- Enter the Gungeon
- Overcooked Special Edition
- NBA Playgrounds
- Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove
Pretty impressive that Celeste is already one of the top best sellers on the Switch, considering it hasn’t been out for that long
I say all Switch owners need to have Shovel Knight, FAST RMX, and Golf Story, especially FAST if you’re looking for an F-Zero fix while Ninty still neglects the franchise.
I’m really interested in SteamWorld 2 and Enter the Gungeon I might get them
Enter the Gungeon is so much fun
Shovel Knight so low… deserved. I skipped it just for the high price.
Portal Knights deserved definitely more, it’s a good game (even if its price is a bit high, still better value than Shovel Knight).
Kamiko… (lol)
