Hollow Knight may be on the Nintendo Switch digitally, but there is currently no physical version. Well, that may be about to change. Team Cherry recently held an AMA on Reddit, where a fan asked them if there are any plans for a physical release. Team Cherry said in response that “yep, we’re working on make it happen right now! Hopefully have some news to share very soon”. Their post can be seen down below.

Must have for me now, looks like my type of game. Wonder if it will have all content or if it’ll come before all the dlc is complete..
Still physical copy matter
This all I’ve been waiting for, the only version I wanted of this game is a physical Switch version. Now if only I could get physical releases of these games on the Switch

Got this game at its Switch release and its SO GOOD. It is one of the best games I have legit played in a awhile. I would also buy a physical copy. I adore it. I just want to do everything in it. Its amazing.
