It seems we may finally get Assassin’s Creed on the Nintendo Switch here in the west, however it is unlikely to include Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which is available for cloud streaming in Japan. An Assassin’s Creed Compilation has been listed by German retailer Media Markt. Whether it is an actual thing remains to be seen, but it would be a nice get for the Nintendo Switch system.

I could never get in to assassin’s Creed. The gameplay was just too generic for me. I haven’t tried origins or Odyssey so maybe it’s gotten better. 🤷♂️
It’s fun and cool first time you play it for 20 hours, later on you notice they recycle the gameplay. You don’t grown, it just other map and landscape and you do the same again.
Seems like the Mario team are the only devs in the world who understand skill in gaming and how to introduce and let you grown

I don’t know why so many people love the Ezio trilogy so much. They were good, but I enjoyed every following game more.
With Assassin’s Creed 3 and Liberation coming to the PS4 next year (if you got the 120 something edition of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on PS4/Xbox One then you technically get those two games for free when they do release next year), the PS4 has all but the original game on the system now. So I imagine (if this rumor is true) the compilation will have the Ezio Trilogy (II, Brotherhood, Revelations) AC3, Liberation, Black Flag, Rogue, Unity, & Syndicate. I’m not so sure about Origins, though. I could see that also releasing on Switch through the cloud system. I guess if Origins didn’t push the limits of the PS4 and Xbox One too much than it could be part of the compilation. (Just have to wait and see.)
From what I understand, the original Assassin’s Creed’s gameplay is pretty outdated so I can actually see Ubisoft giving that game a remake of sorts.
